Hello

​​Hi! I’m Abby, and I’ve spent my life learning how to help people—especially children and adults—find balance, resilience, and their own inner strength. I started my journey as an educator, licensed in Elementary and Special Education, and over the years I’ve expanded my work to include healing and wellness practices. I’m a Level III Usui Reiki Master, a certified Community Resiliency Model (CRM) Skills Facilitator, a Quantum Success Coach, and an Ayurvedic Wellness Coach.

I’m passionate about Internal Family Systems (IFS), social-emotional learning (SEL), trauma-informed communities, Qigong, and helping people reconnect with their own brilliance and light. In 2019, I founded The Empowered Learner, a learning center for students with unique learning needs, and I’ve written a children’s book, The Monkey in My Mind, co-authored Feelings Are a Trip, and published a journal article on Growth Mindset.

Whether I’m guiding someone through coaching, teaching resiliency skills, or supporting healing through Reiki and Ayurveda, my goal is the same: to help you feel centered, empowered, and at home in your own body and mind.
