Welcome! I'm so glad you're here : ) Before you decide to work with a coach or healer, you want to learn a bit about them! My own personal healing journey inspired me to create "A Spot of Serenity" so that I could support others on the path to balance and peace. I consider it an honor and privilege to be able to serve as a "Believing Mirror" for my clients--reflecting their own brilliance and Light back to them when they may have lost sight of these precious gifts. About Dr. Abby Ampuja
Abby began her career as an educator, with licensure in both Elementary and Special Education. She is a certified Community Resiliency Model (CRM) skills facilitator, Level III Usui Reiki Master, Quantum Success Coach, and Ayurvedic Wellness Coach. Abby’s passions include IFS (Internal Family Systems), SEL (social emotional learning), evidence-based resiliency skills, Qigong, and creating trauma-informed communities. In 2019, Abby founded a learning center for students with unique learning needs (“The Empowered Learner”). She has also co-authored a children’s book ("Feelings Are a Trip") and a journal article on Growth Mindset.
