IFS (Internal Family Systems) Circle
Have you heard of Internal Family Systems (IFS)? Developed by Dr. Richard Schwartz, this framework is a powerful tool for connecting with our Core Self and integrating the diverse aspects of our personality into one cohesive whole. In this weekly support circle, we will learn about the Self, our "Parts", and engage in supportive exercises to bring these into unity.
