The Inner Sanctuary
This idea has been quietly growing in my heart for years, and now it’s almost here. The Inner Sanctuary is the space I’ve been imagining for deep, creative, and grounded connection — and I can’t wait to welcome you in this May. Your Inner Sanctuary awaits — slow down, connect, create, and come home to yourself.

The Inner Sanctuary:
A Circle for Intuitive, Creative, Deep-Feeling Humans
Do you feel like life has become a hamster wheel of responsibilities, expectations, and constant mental activity?
Do you long to feel more connected to your True, Authentic, Peaceful Nature — the part of you that exists beneath the roles, the productivity, the overthinking?
Perhaps you notice you spend most of your time “in your head,” analyzing, planning, managing… knowing your body and spirit crave something slower, deeper, more grounded — but not quite knowing how to access it.
If so, you are not alone.
This circle is a space to gently explore:
The different “parts” of you that carry responsibility, worry, perfectionism, or self-doubt
Creative practice as a pathway back to aliveness
Meditation and Qigong as embodied anchors
Spiritual growth that feels integrated rather than performative
Community that honors depth, sensitivity, and nuance
Here, you don’t have to perform wellness.
You don’t have to fix yourself.
You don’t have to mask.
You are invited to slow down, listen inward, and rediscover the sanctuary that has always lived within you.
The Inner Sanctuary will unfold over 8 weeks in a small, intimate circle.
We will meet once weekly via Zoom, on Sunday evenings at 7:00 PM ET
Each gathering will include:
-
Guided meditation or Qigong
-
Gentle parts-work exploration
-
Creative reflection practices
-
Space for optional sharing and integration
To preserve depth, safety, and spaciousness, the circle will be capped at 8 participants.
This is not a large group program.
It is a contained, relational experience.
